We only accept returns if our Exchange Policy guidelines are satisfied:
We ship all items are sent requiring your signature to confirm delivery.
We cannot grant a refund or exchange for a product where the mail carrier documents that it was delivered successfully.
Please inspect your items once you receive them. We can only accept exchanges for wrong or defective items that are postmarked and sent back to us within 7 days of you receiving them as long as they meet the Returns & Exchange Guidelines stated below.
All sales are final.
You must contact us to verify if you exchange may be approved. If your return is approved you will receive a store credit for your items. We will not accept returns that are tampered with or have evidence of use or damage. All return or exchange merchandise must be unmarked with original labels attached and packaging Included. We do not accept used or damaged merchandise.
If your return does not meet these guidelines, you will not receive any store credit.
Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling on all returns. This includes orders with free shipping discounts.
We are not responsible for any package that a customer mails to us that is lost in the mailing system. Therefore, customers should use a trackable shipping method when mailing any return item to us. Please include a note in the returned package with your order number, the customer name on the order and the reason for the exchange. Your returned merchandise must be mailed to us and postmarked within 7 days of the receipt of the package as evidenced by the mail carrier's documented delivery date.
