How Long Until I Receive My Certification Card?

To Receive Your Certification Card, You Must: 

Complete Your Course   -   Fill Out Your PROFILE  -  Check ISSUE MY CERTIFICAITON

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY CERTIFICATION CARD?

We will usually issue your certification card in just 1-3 days after you:

1. Successfully complete your certification course;
2. Provide all of the required information in your Lifeguard-Pro.org PROFILE; and,
3. Check the box ISSUE MY CERTIFICATION in your Lifeguard-Pro.org PROFILE -- don't forget to click SAVE to save your edits to your PROFILE.

Your certification card will be posted on your Lifeguard-Pro.org Profile page for you to download. 

NEED IMMEDIATE PROOF OF CERTIFICATION?

If you have completed your entire certification course and are awaiting for your certification card, you can call or email us for assistance. We will try to expedite the processing of your certification card. Sometimes, we can even issue your certification card over the telephone.
