NEED IMMEDIATE PROOF OF CERTIFCATION?

If you have completed your entire certification course and are waiting for your certification card, you can call or email us for assistance. We will try to expedite the processing of your certification card. Sometimes we can even issue your certification card over the telephone. 

Are you Eligible for a Certification Card?

You may only request your ertification card, if you have successfully:

(1)  Completed your Home-Study Course (passed all required exams);

(2)  Completed your Instructor-Led Training;

(3)  Uploaded your signed Certification Request Form (CRF) to your Lifeguard-Pro.org PROFILE (make sure you clicked SAVE after uploading the form to save the document to your PROFILE); 

(4)  Input all required information into your Lifeguard-Pro.org PROFILE (make sure you clicked SAVE after editing your PROFILE to save the changes); and,

(5)  Checked the box ISSUE MY CERTIFICATION from within your Lifeguard-Pro PROFILE (make sure you clicked SAVE after editing your PROFILE to save the selection).
