WHAT ARE TECHNICAL PROBLEMS?

Contact our Technical Support team, if after purchasing your online Home-Study Course, are you having one of these technical problems with our website:

(1)    Can't Login.  The purchased login username & password that we provided to you do not enable you to login to our website or access your online course; or

(2)   Website Feature Broken.  Once logged in to your purchased online course, a Lifeguard-Pro.org website feature or function is not working properly.

If your problem is not one of the two issues noted above, please Customer Service (and not Technical Support) for assistance.
