For your convenience, Lifeguard-Pro offers a replacement card courtesy service for only $35.00 U.S.D.
Simply request your replacement card and make your $35.00 U.S.D. payment.
We'll promptly email your certification replacement card to you.
PURCHASE YOUR REPLACEMENT CARD
Pay by Check/Money Order (Email) (USA Only):
- Make your check or money order payable to LIFEGUARD-PRO in the amount of $35.00 U.S.D, and sign it – write neatly and clearly. (We only accept checks or money orders only from USA bank accounts.)
- Photograph the front & back of your check using your cell phone camera. (The image must: include all corners of the check; have proper lighting; be taken from directly above the check and not on a slant.)

Upon receiving your payment, we will promptly process your request and email your REPACEMENT CARD to you.
